Made to order

Every item is printed just for you when you order. Because of this, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or size/colour exchanges. Please check our size guide before purchasing. (Your statutory rights still apply.) ACCC+1

If there’s an issue with your order (we’ll fix it)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll replace it free (our default) or refund if a replacement isn’t feasible or time-sensitive.

How to lodge a claim (within 30 days of delivery):
Email superunleashedstore@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and outer packaging (incl. shipping label)

Lost, returned or address issues

  • Lost in transit: Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll send a replacement. Gelato Support

  • Returned to sender / wrong or incomplete address / unclaimed parcel: We can reship once you confirm the address; you’ll just cover the new shipping charge. (Products aren’t returned to us.) Gelato Support

Don’t post items back

Please don’t return items to us or to the print facility. Unauthorised returns are not accepted or refundable. Contact us first so we can help. Gelato Support

Colour & print variation

Small variations in colour/placement can occur due to on-demand printing and screen settings; these are within normal production tolerances and aren’t faults.

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we don’t offer standard exchanges for size/colour. If you’re unsure, reach out before ordering and we’ll help.

Cancellations & order changes

Orders move to production quickly. If you need to cancel or change details, contact us ASAP. If production has started or the order has shipped, we can’t cancel or modify it.


Region-specific rights (summary)

  • Australia & New Zealand
    Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain. If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement; for minor issues we’ll repair/replace within a reasonable time. ACCC+1

  • United Kingdom
    For online purchases, the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply to goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.” Our items are printed to order, so this exemption generally applies. Statutory rights for faulty goods remain. Legislation.gov.uk

  • European Union (incl. EEA)
    Under the Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c)). Our items are printed to order; where this exemption applies, change-of-mind returns aren’t available. Faulty/incorrect items are still covered. EUR-LexEuropean Commission

  • United States & Canada
    We follow the same approach: no change-of-mind returns for made-to-order items; defective/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.


How refunds are processed

If a refund is approved, it’s issued to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take a few days to post it.
