Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Orders are produced as close as possible to the delivery address via Gelato’s global network (32+ production countries, 140+ partners), which helps reduce time, cost and emissions. Gelato

Production time vs shipping time

Each item is made to order. Your delivery window = production time + shipping time. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by product, destination, carrier and network conditions. Gelato Support

Shipping options & estimates

Available options will appear at checkout (e.g., Standard/Economy and Express where supported). Express is prioritised by carriers; choose it when timing is critical. Typical timeframes vary by route and method. Gelato Support+1

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, items and method. Many products use regional flat rates within Gelato’s system. Gelato Support

Tracking

Tracking links are provided when the chosen method supports tracking (some Economy methods have limited scans). Tracking usually appears once the order is marked Shipped. Gelato Support+1

Split shipments

If an order contains items produced at different facilities, it may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking (where available) for each parcel. Gelato Support+1

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes or fees upon arrival. These are paid by the recipient and are based on local regulations and the declared retail value. Gelato Support

Delivery issues (delays, lost, returned to sender)

  • Delays: Please allow for occasional carrier or customs delays. Gelato Support

  • Lost in transit: If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier. Gelato Support

  • Returned to sender / wrong address: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unclaimed pickup, we can reship once the address is confirmed; additional shipping charges may apply. Gelato Support

PO boxes & pickup points

Delivery to PO Boxes is only available within the United States (via USPS/FedEx/UPS Mail Innovations). Where offered, you may select a service point/pickup location at checkout. Otherwise, please use a residential or business address. Gelato Support+1

Order changes & cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to update or cancel, contact us immediately. Once printing has started or the order has shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t possible. Gelato Support

Returns to sender / do not ship returns to us

We don’t accept return shipments at our office or to print facilities. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us first so we can resolve it—often via remake or refund per our Returns Policy. Gelato Support
